These issues, are important to us because we know they are important to our clients. And this, we believe, is one of our greatest strengths — the ability to see the world through our clients’ eyes and offer candid, objective advice that helps to solve their most pressing problems. Our company networks with other small consulting firms to form a virtual unlimited amount of technical knowledge and experience. 

That’s all useful and relevant information. But it doesn’t speak to some of the most important things: like the way we do our job, and the character and integrity of our people... things our clients tell us separate us from all other consulting firms.

Our president Wayne Bassard has over 30 years of software engineering experience in all areas of software design, development, and support. He earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina in 1975 and 1977 respectively.

Mr. Bassard has worked for several large companies that design control centers and was a software consultant for the design, development, documentation, and test of the Monitoring and Analysis part of the Vision 2000 Hubble Space Telescope Control Center.

He was part of the team of engineers that designed and developed the city of San Antonio Advance Traffic Management System(ATMS). He has also designed software for several small real-time microprocessor systems for both commercial and military purposes.
